We have been communicating with Brent for over eight months from Sydney whilst trying to find a home in Bogangar. He has been fantastic in getting to know our needs so he could find the right place for us.He has a wonderful knowledge of the area, it’s history and places to visit, especially the restaurants etc. We rang and said we would be up in Cabarita for four days and could he arrange several homes for us to view. Arriving on Friday afternoon he had five homes for us to look at.  He gave us plenty of time at each one. The last house we saw was THE ONE. We were shown through again on Saturday and decided we loved it and wanted to buy. After negotiations which had to be done over the phone on our way back to Sydney,  he had secured the house for us without any fuss. We are extremely happy with his professionalism and would recommend anybody looking for houses in the area.His after service is continuing as we have to return to Sydney and have left with keys with him to let tradesmen in to do some work whilst we are away.
